WHO WE ARE

About Us

Kids PLC Kits is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is committed to exposing high school students to automation and controls. We believe that all students should have the opportunity to learn about these important technologies, regardless of their financial background.

We provide free PLC kits to public schools and teachers. These kits include everything that students need to learn about PLC programming, including hardware, software, and a curriculum. We also offer technical support to teachers so that they can help their students get the most out of the kits.

We are always looking for donations of used and new industrial automation hardware and software. These donations help us to keep our kits free for students. We also welcome volunteers who can help us to develop our curriculum or provide technical support to teachers.

If you are a school or teacher who is interested in learning more about Kids PLC Kits, please contact us today. We would be happy to answer any questions that you have.

Our Mission

At Kids PLC Kits, we are on a mission to ignite a passion for automation and controls in high school students. Our goal is to provide them with hands-on learning experiences through Kids' PLC Kits, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. By doing so, we aim to empower the next generation of innovators and prepare them for a technology-driven future.

Our History

Kids PLC Kits was founded in 2023 by a group of like-minded automation enthusiasts who recognized the importance of early education in this rapidly advancing field. Driven by their shared vision, they set out to create an organization that would bridge the gap between traditional education and the evolving demands of the industry. Since then, we have been dedicated to making automation education accessible to every high school student.
